Terms & Conditions By booking with Define Shine Detailing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable Policies and Privacy Policy. Bookings & Cancellations Customers must provide accurate booking and vehicle information. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows are managed in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Services & Pricing Advertised “from” prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition and the work required. Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling, pet hair, staining or work outside the selected package. Any additional chargeable work will be discussed and approved before proceeding. Service times are estimates and results may vary depending on the vehicle’s existing condition. Mobile Service Requirements Our standard service area is within 40 km of Springfield Lakes, QLD, with travel included. Services outside this area require prior approval and may incur a travel fee. Customers must provide a safe and suitable work area, legal parking for our service vehicle, and reasonable access to a working outdoor water tap and standard power point. For workplaces, apartments, commercial or public/shared areas, customers are responsible for obtaining any required permission before booking. Appointments may be delayed, relocated or rescheduled due to unsuitable weather, unsafe conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Vehicle Condition & Belongings Customers must disclose known damage, fragile components, modifications or other issues that may affect the service and remove valuables and important belongings. We may document vehicle condition before, during and after a service. Some stains, odours, scratches, oxidation or existing defects may not be completely removable. Interrupted Services If a service cannot be completed due to customer or location-related circumstances, reasonable charges may apply for work completed and costs incurred. Customers will not be charged for services not provided due to an issue within our reasonable control. Photos & Privacy Photos may be taken for service documentation. Photos or videos will only be used for marketing with customer consent. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
